Ingredients


  • 2.5L warm water

  • 1 small rice paper sheet

  • Vermicelli noodles

  • Your choice of proteins (chicken, BBQ pork, prawns)

  • Carrot

  • Cucumber

  • Lettuce

  • Red cabbage

  • Mint

  • Roll trays

Step 1

Fill a bowl with warm water, and soak one large and one small rice paper sheet until both are completely wet and pliable.

Step 2

Place the large rice paper sheet on the rolling tray, and the small rice paper sheet on top of the large one.

Step 3

Place a handful of shredded carrot and cucumber on the rice papers. 

Add a handful of lettuce and a leaf of mint. Top with vermicelli noodles and your choice of protein (chicken, BBQ pork, or prawns).

Step 4

Follow the video instructions to wrap the roll tightly.
